About The Position

A long-term care facility in Ohio is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide hands-on care to residents and support their daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence. The role involves building meaningful connections with residents and working alongside a supportive team. This is a full-time position on the 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift. Starting base pay is $18.00 per hour, with base pay increasing according to years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and help brighten their days.
• Work alongside the care team.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations when necessary.
