About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for evening shifts at Store 2709 in Lubbock, Texas. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, working across different areas of the store, and helping maintain store appearance and service standards. Team members receive comprehensive paid training and may sometimes work with the food program.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
