About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, to support customers and maintain store appearance standards. Team members interact with customers daily while working with an energetic team to accomplish store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
