About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly customer service and helping maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in various areas inside and outside the store, complete daily tasks with coworkers, and provide regular, predictable onsite attendance. The listed shift is 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with availability for days and evenings.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
