About The Position

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) provides care to assigned residents under the direction of a Case Manager/DON. Care is delivered in accordance with resident assessments and care plans, and as directed by nursing management. The STNA coordinates with other licensed care staff to ensure residents receive appropriate care and follows company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. The role involves working one-on-one with patients while collaborating with a broader patient care team and community organizations.

Requirements

• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance; must be willing to drive.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on a day-to-day basis.
• Commitment to improving quality of life for patients.

Responsibilities
