About The Position
CareCore at Meadows is hiring compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for its skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on providing exceptional resident care while contributing to a supportive environment for residents and staff. Full-time day and full-time or part-time night schedules are available. Day shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Both schedules include an every-other-weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Active Ohio STNA certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and compassionate work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Follow facility policies, state regulations, and infection control procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
