About The Position

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) provides care to assigned residents under the direction of a Case Manager or Director of Nursing (DON). Care is delivered in accordance with resident assessments and care plans and as directed by nursing management. The STNA coordinates with other licensed care staff to ensure residents receive appropriate care and follows company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. The role includes one-to-one work with patients, collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team, and independent day-to-day work.

Requirements

• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in the state or states of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance; must be willing to drive.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
• Commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.

Responsibilities
