Starbucks Shift Leader
About The Position
As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you’ll be a role model of the store operations standards that define the Starbucks Experience. You’ll lead each shift, working alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment where you can positively influence and guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and grow your leadership skills. Shift supervisors help create an uplifting experience for customers and partners alike. Walk-in interviews are welcome weekdays from 9–4 at 1550 Railroad Pass Casino Road, Henderson, Nevada 89002.
Requirements
- Take initiative and act as a role model to others.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and motivating others.
- Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
- Focus on quality and take pride in your work.
- Be confident leading, deploying, and guiding others.
- Be open to learning new things, especially beverage recipes.
- Have experience with responsibilities such as cash handling and store safety.
- Remain calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
- Have excellent communication skills.
