About The Position

CJ Logistics is seeking a skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by safely maneuvering stand-up forklifts to load, unload, pick, and store products. The role helps keep orders moving and contributes to accurate, efficient supply-chain operations. The position operates in a warehouse environment and includes guided training and teamwork. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Compensation is $20.28 per hour, with a $0.75-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
• Team-oriented approach to working toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability.

• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment accurately and carefully.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the appropriate bays.
• Perform other duties within the employee’s training and expertise.
