About The Position

CJ Logistics is seeking a skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by safely maneuvering stand-up forklifts and ensuring products are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored accurately. The role contributes to the supply chain by helping prepare and ship orders and maintaining product flow through the warehouse.

This position works in a warehouse environment on 1st Shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation is $20.28 per hour, with a $0.75-per-hour shift differential. CJ Logistics offers guided training and a supportive team. Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability.

Nice To Haves

• Battery and Propane Safety Training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment accurately and carefully.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the appropriate warehouse bays.
• Perform other duties within the employee’s training and expertise.
