About The Position

CJ Logistics is seeking a skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The role involves safely operating stand-up forklifts to move products and ensure orders are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored accurately. Operators may also perform manual case picking, prepare products for shipment, audit outbound loads, correct label and count discrepancies, and replenish products in warehouse bays. Other duties may be assigned within the employee’s training and expertise.

The position operates in a warehouse environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Compensation is $20.28 per hour, plus a $0.50-per-hour shift differential. Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
• Be a team player who works toward common goals.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be reliable.

Nice To Haves

• Battery and Propane Safety Training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment accurately and carefully.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the appropriate warehouse bays.
• Perform other duties within training and expertise.
