About The Position

CJ Logistics America is seeking a skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The role involves safely operating stand-up forklifts to load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, and replenish products, helping ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment. Operators may also perform manual case picking when directed, audit outbound loads, and correct label or count discrepancies. Other duties may be assigned within the employee’s training and expertise.

The position operates in a warehouse environment. The schedule is Saturday through Tuesday, 3:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation is $20.28 per hour, with a $1.50-per-hour shift differential. Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability.

• Battery and Propane Safety Training or Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment accurately and carefully.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the appropriate warehouse bays.
• Perform other duties within the employee’s training and expertise.
