About The Position

CJ Logistics is hiring a Stand Up High Reach Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The operator safely maneuvers forklifts to load, unload, pick, store, and replenish products, helping ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. The role also includes manual case picking when directed, preparing products for shipment, conducting outbound load audits, and correcting label and count discrepancies. Other duties may be assigned within the employee’s training and expertise.

This position works in a warehouse environment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Compensation is $20.28 per hour, plus a $0.75-per-hour shift differential. CJ Logistics describes a supportive team, guided training, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability.

Nice To Haves

• Battery Safety Training or Certification.
• Propane Safety Training or Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment accurately and carefully.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the appropriate bays.
• Perform other duties within the employee’s training and expertise.
