1st Shift D: Stand Up High Reach Forklift Operator
About The Position
CJ Logistics is hiring a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by safely moving products through loading, unloading, picking, and storage activities. The role operates stand-up forklifts, prepares products for shipment, and helps maintain accurate inventory and efficient order flow. Manual case picking and other duties may be assigned within the employee’s training and expertise. The position is in a warehouse environment and is scheduled for Tuesday through Saturday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation is $20.28 per hour, plus a $0.75-per-hour shift differential. Requirements
- At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
- Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
- Work cooperatively toward common goals.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be reliable.
Nice To Haves
- Battery and Propane Safety Training or Certification.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts.
- Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
- Perform manual case picking when directed.
- Prepare products for shipment accurately and carefully.
- Conduct outbound load audits and correct label and count discrepancies.
- Replenish products in the appropriate warehouse bays.
- Perform other duties within the employee’s training and expertise.
