Staffing Scheduler – Healthcare / Home Care

Abricare, Inc.•Springfield, MO

About The Position

The Staffing Scheduler at AbriCare serves as the operational hub for caregiver scheduling and daily service coordination. The role builds and manages caregiver schedules, maintains client coverage, responds to call-outs and last-minute changes, and proactively resolves staffing gaps to support continuity of care. When coverage gaps arise, the scheduler must be willing to provide direct personal care services, including assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, as outlined in a client's care plan. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to work across functions.
