About The Position

The Staffing Scheduler at AbriCare is the operational hub for caregiver scheduling and daily service coordination. The role builds and manages caregiver schedules, maintains client coverage, responds to call-outs and last-minute changes, and proactively resolves staffing gaps to support continuity of care. Strong workforce scheduling experience is the primary focus; home care or healthcare experience is preferred, though substantial scheduling experience in other complex, high-volume environments is also considered. The position supports day-to-day branch operations and works with the Branch Director, caregivers, clients, and clinical team. When coverage gaps arise, the Staffing Scheduler is expected to provide direct Personal Care Services, including assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, as specified in a client’s care plan.
