About The Position
Capitol Lakes is currently looking for a Direct Care Staffing Scheduler to join our team. This position will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement/hiring process, and scheduling for all Health Care Center employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a nursing home or senior living facility.
- Knowledge of basic recruitment and HR practices, employment law and regulations.
- Demonstrated understanding of functions, organization, policy, regulations and procedures of a long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
- Good phone technique and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in human resources or business operations is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and technology understanding is preferred.
