Staffing Recruiter (Bilingual)
About The Position
The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placing candidates through branch activities. The role supports sales performance, strategic objectives, branch operations, customer service, and business development. It requires independent judgment and discretion when hiring candidates, identifying people for specific assignments, and counseling or terminating temporary associates. The recruiter helps ensure associates meet client expectations for attendance, attitude, dress, skills, and work quality, while consistently supporting the company's mission and providing superior customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with urgency.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to achieve 100% on-time order fulfillment.
- Interview applicants legally and promptly, make hiring decisions, and offer assignments to qualified candidates.
- Administer pre-employment tests and record results according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete and review pre-employment paperwork for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Make regular quality-control calls to clients and associates to gather and maintain customer feedback.
- Make outbound sales calls to market candidates' skills to current and prospective customers.
- Communicate regularly with sales staff about order status and client satisfaction.
- Counsel, discipline, or terminate temporary associates when appropriate, documenting actions according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure service operations comply with company policies and applicable government regulations.
- Support branch sales performance, strategic objectives, operations, customer service, and business development.
