Staffing Recruiter (Bilingual)
About The Position
The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placement activities in the branch. The role supports sales performance, branch operations, customer service, strategic objectives, and business development. The recruiter uses independent judgment and discretion in hiring candidates, identifying candidates for assignments, counseling associates, and terminating temporary associates. The position ensures associates meet or exceed client expectations for attendance, attitude, dress, skills, and work quality, and consistently supports the company's mission and customer-service standards.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with urgency.
- Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
- Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to achieve 100% on-time order fulfillment.
- Interview applicants in a legal and timely manner, make hiring decisions, and offer assignments to qualified individuals.
- Administer pre-employment tests and enter results according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure pre-employment paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable law.
- Make regular quality-control calls to clients and associates to gather customer feedback.
- Make outbound sales calls to market candidates to current and prospective customers.
- Communicate regularly with sales staff about order status and client satisfaction.
- Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when appropriate, documenting actions according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure service operations comply with company policies and applicable government regulations.
- Support the company's mission, key beliefs, and philosophies, and provide superior customer service.
