About The Position

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a core part of its AI-powered marketing platform for real estate professionals. The role begins with products that help clients get discovered and create marketing content, and may grow in scope as the company expands into additional channels. The product area includes websites, content, and campaigns that help clients attract attention and generate business. The role focuses on creating high-quality marketing that reflects each client's voice and premium brand, and on demonstrating how marketing channels contribute to business results. The Staff Product Manager will own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes end to end, working closely with engineering, design, AI/ML, client success, and sales. They will validate ideas through structured client betas, build business cases, and connect the roadmap to adoption, retention, and revenue.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of product management experience.
  • Experience owning a product line end to end and accountability for adoption, outcomes, and revenue.
  • Strong marketing judgment, including the ability to distinguish effective marketing from generic work and understand premium-brand standards.
  • Understanding of how search, content, email, social, and paid marketing work together, with an interest in measuring results across channels.
  • Experience building marketing technology products that businesses use to grow their customer base.
  • Solid SEO fundamentals and an understanding of discovery across websites, reviews, social media, and broader online discussion.
  • Ability to build a business case before developing a product and own its results.
  • Frequent customer engagement and the ability to explain product value in customers' terms.
  • Ability to create momentum amid ambiguity, narrow problems, make decisions, and move forward without all questions being answered.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust and build alignment across teams, including with engineers, executives, and client success.
  • Ability to learn quickly and use AI as a regular work tool for research, prototyping, and finding ground truth.

Nice To Haves

  • Product experience at a company serving small businesses or solo operators, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Square, or Yelp.
  • Experience building email, lifecycle, or campaign tools, or AI-powered marketing content products.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics or attribution products.
  • Familiarity with premium or luxury brands and how they market differently.
  • Experience at a platform where one change affects many customer websites or accounts.
  • Background in content, editorial, or brand work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for a set of AI-powered marketing products, starting with client discovery and marketing content.
  • Improve how clients are discovered through Google search and AI assistants.
  • Raise the quality of marketing created on clients' behalf so it reflects their voice and brand.
  • Design how websites, content, email, and social channels work together.
  • Build measurement and attribution capabilities that show how channels contribute to one another and to business results.
  • Run structured betas with clients, establish hypotheses, and iterate based on results and client value.
  • Build business cases for the roadmap and tie product work to adoption, retention, and revenue.
  • Ship products with engineering and design partners, collaborating with client success and sales to support successful launches.
