About The Position

Qdrant is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape product marketing for its open-source vector search engine and cloud offering. The role sits on the Product Marketing team, reports to the Director of Product Marketing, and works closely with DevRel, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, and Product. The manager will own positioning across the customer journey, from developer evaluation and self-service adoption through paid Cloud upgrades and enterprise sales. This includes developing buyer scenarios and associated messaging, proof points, and assets; maintaining evidence-backed competitive materials; and designing and running a win/loss program that informs messaging, pricing-page copy, and product feedback. The role also involves creating AI-assisted workflows and enablement tools, and coordinating launch messaging for product releases so that features reach developers through documentation and community channels and buyers through Sales. This is a remote-first role at an international, engineering-driven, open-source company. The posting describes flexible working hours and an async-friendly culture, high ownership, and the ability to choose laptop equipment. US-based full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of product marketing experience, including at least 4 years with a developer-facing or data-infrastructure product such as databases, search, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML tooling.
  • Experience owning product marketing for an enterprise-led sales motion; experience at an open-source product company is ideal.
  • Experience shaping activation and upgrades and building the handoff into a sales-assisted deal; able to name the metrics moved.
  • Experience at a startup or scale-up, owning a product marketing area end to end without an established playbook or supporting team.
  • Experience building sales enablement that changed how a team sold; comfortable participating in customer calls and working with account executives.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to run a quick start, read code samples, and explain trade-offs between keyword, vector, and hybrid search.
  • Experience building AI tools that others rely on, with the judgment to identify inaccurate or overly verbose output.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working alongside a DevRel team and understanding the distinction between product marketing and developer advocacy.
  • Experience with partner and cloud marketplace marketing, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging for the self-serve-to-sales customer journey, including developer evaluation, paid Qdrant Cloud upgrades, and enterprise buyer conversations.
  • Develop buyer scenarios for key customer entry points, with messaging, proof points, and assets for Sales and Growth.
  • Build and maintain competitive comparisons, battlecards, and objection handling, supporting claims with benchmarks, customers, or working demos and keeping materials current with releases.
  • Design and run a win/loss program by interviewing customers and account executives, then apply findings to messaging, pricing-page copy, and product feedback.
  • Create AI workflows and Claude skills that help account executives and solutions engineers access relevant talk tracks, comparisons, messaging, and case studies; develop a research loop to update assets from call notes and interviews.
  • Develop launch messaging for Qdrant releases in collaboration with Product, DevRel, and Growth, reaching developers through documentation and community and buyers through Sales.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with additional perks.
  • Flexible working hours and an async-friendly culture.
  • Choice of laptop equipment.
  • For US-based full-time employees: 401(k) match, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a flexible PTO policy.
