About The Position

RudderStack is hiring a full-stack product marketer to work across positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, sales assets, content, and storytelling. The role translates product and company strategy into shipped work, including positioning, campaigns, and major product launches. Work may span positioning documents, go-to-market plans, battlecards, enablement sessions, and blog posts. The company seeks someone with knowledge of the data and martech space who brings a point of view and enjoys working with range and autonomy. This is a remote-first role that can be based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • Strong grounding in the customer data tooling ecosystem, including how tools for data collection, unification, and activation fit together, and a point of view on the market.
  • Strong writing ability and the ability to execute, shaping narratives and running the plans behind them.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action; ability to identify gaps and determine how to address them.
  • Comfort with technical detail and ability to learn a deep product quickly.
  • Low ego and high ownership, with the ability to work across product, sales, and marketing and make colleagues more effective.

  • Create sales enablement materials such as decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, and objection handling, grounded in an understanding of buyers.
  • Create content including announcement blogs, thought leadership, web and ad copy, and social content.
