About The Position

Horizon3 is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of the NodeZero growth experience, including customer onboarding, provisioning, activation, and product-led growth. The role owns the customer journey from initial engagement through first pentest, activation, expansion, and retention, with the goal of helping customers reach their first proven attack path quickly and adopt more of the platform over time. The Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for onboarding, self-service tenant provisioning, entitlement management, trial experiences, product-qualified leads, and in-product growth opportunities. The role will build a product-led growth motion that complements direct sales and channel partners, enabling customers, enterprise accounts, and partners to onboard, deploy, and expand efficiently. It requires technical knowledge of SaaS onboarding and provisioning, strong analytical and experimentation capabilities, and the ability to balance customer experience with commercial outcomes. Working across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partners, this senior product leader will build a scalable and measurable growth engine, influence executive direction, and take accountability for adoption, business performance, and revenue growth. The position is fully remote and may require up to 25% travel. The stated location is Bay Area or New York. Base salary is $194,395–$265,000, determined by location, qualifications, experience, and skills. Full-time roles are eligible for stock options. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, a flexible vacation policy, and generous parental leave.
