Growth Product Manager

Mechanism Ventures
•$170,000 - $200,000•Remote

About The Position

Mechanism is a venture studio with about 80 people that builds, runs, and grows companies across health, sleep, golf, pets, education, and fintech. Its product team is developing ways to launch and operate businesses with small teams using AI. After building a digital business that runs about 90% autonomously with AI agents and reached a multi-million-dollar annual run rate within months, Mechanism is bringing those learnings to its portfolio and plans to start more businesses. The Growth Product Manager will deploy proven AI systems across portfolio companies, working with founders and CEOs to understand business needs, build and implement systems, support adoption, and measure business impact. The role spans systems for acquisition, creative, conversion, retention, and support. Over time, the person may take ownership of one or more business lines and drive their growth, potentially running mostly autonomous businesses within Mechanism. This is a full-time, fully remote role for a US-based candidate, with significant overlap with US Eastern Time during the workday. The position requires dedication beyond a standard 9-to-5 schedule. Compensation may include base pay, equity in companies Mechanism helps build, and a performance bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and unlimited time off with a two-week minimum.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to make complex ideas clear to CEOs and operators.

  • Willingness to work beyond a standard 9-to-5 schedule and overlap with US Eastern Time for most of the workday.
