Product Manager, New Product Growth

Exostar•Cincinnati, OH
•$120,000 - $145,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Product Manager, New Product Growth leads discovery for new product ideas across Exostar’s aerospace and defense buyer and supplier network and adjacent markets. Working with a Product Designer and an Engineer, the role identifies problems worth solving, develops and validates product concepts, assesses technical feasibility, and determines business viability. Work proceeds in short cycles and ends with a gate review to decide whether to continue, change direction, or stop an idea. If an idea stops, the Product Manager moves on to the next one. The position is suited to a product manager energized by early-stage ambiguity and experienced in building and growing B2B SaaS products, preferably in supply chain. The role may support validated ideas through existing product teams or take leadership of a new product through development, new product introduction, and ongoing product management. It is based in Herndon, Virginia, or Cincinnati, Ohio, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week. Exostar provides cloud-based platforms that create exclusive communities in aerospace and defense, life sciences, and other highly regulated industries, enabling members to collaborate securely, share information, and operate compliantly. The company uses community data to provide insights and intelligence that help organizations make timely decisions, mitigate risk, and operate efficiently. Exostar states that it promotes internal development and offers training and educational assistance, social and community-building events, comprehensive benefits, and flexible time off plans.
