  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Clear written communication skills, including product requirements and stakeholder updates.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and designers and leading cross-functional work through influence.
  • Fluency with AI tools and LLMs, including using them to prototype and demo ideas quickly and in day-to-day product work such as research, analysis, specifications, and delivery.

  • Define, track, and report growth KPIs, explaining what is driving changes and how they affect priorities.
  • Build and advocate for evidence-backed opportunities and larger bets across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Establish agreed definitions and a regular reporting rhythm for core conversion, retention, and expansion KPIs.
  • Maintain a steady experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses, success criteria, documented readouts, and decisions.
