The position offers substantial ownership and autonomy in a founder-led engineering culture, with opportunities to shape growth for product launches and international expansion. The role is based in North America, with a Bay Area work setup where hybrid work is allowed. Visa sponsorship is available. Total compensation is $300,000–$400,000, including base salary, bonus, and equity; compensation depends on experience.
