Staff Product Manager

Confido•New York, NY
•$250,000 - $300,000

About The Position

Confido is building an AI operating system for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, bringing cash application, deductions, trade, and planning together so Finance, Sales, and Operations teams can work from the same information. Its platform serves more than 250 brands managing over $30 billion in revenue. The company recently raised a $55 million Series B to accelerate growth. The Product Manager will own meaningful areas of Confido’s interconnected product, from deciding what to build through ensuring it launches successfully with customers. The role partners with engineering, design, CPG experts, and go-to-market teams to scale the business and build product features for brands selling products at significant scale. Initially, the role will support the breadth of the platform, with deeper end-to-end ownership of a business line as the company grows. Product areas include accounting automation, trade promotion management, sales forecasting, and analytics. The role is accountable for product direction, shipped quality, revenue, and customer outcomes. It defines product roadmaps and vision across sprint, quarterly, and yearly horizons; articulates value drivers and competitive differentiation; enables the sales team; and may lead the product narrative on customer calls. It also ensures product documentation supports understanding, demos, and onboarding, and maintains clarity on customer onboarding status and blockers. The Product Manager speaks with customers daily and takes on practical work—including customer calls and bug reproduction—to move the product forward.
