About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, ITSM and ITOM processes, and best practices in software development. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall technical growth of the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
