About The Position

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations. The developer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues on the platform. The position also includes developing technical documentation, mentoring junior developers, staying updated on ServiceNow features and best practices, ensuring compliance with standards, conducting code reviews, and performing Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
