Sr. Media Planner

Adobe•Remote Oregon, OR
•$112,000 - $215,100

About The Position

Adobe is establishing a new in-house media planning function to take direct ownership of end-to-end media buying and develop an AI-driven engine for global advertising execution. The Senior Media Planner translates regional media strategy into tactical plans for assigned paid channels, initially Meta, TikTok, and Snap, that the media-buying team can execute directly. This individual-contributor role bridges regional strategy teams and the buy desk, ensuring plans are platform-native, aligned to global standards, and adapted to local requirements. The planner works closely with regional strategists, analysts, the India-based media-buying team, and engineering partners. They support campaign handoffs and quality control, incorporate Adobe marketing technology where appropriate, review performance and recommend optimizations, and share platform and performance insights with the Director of Media Planning and broader team. The role also helps establish a consistent quarterly planning process and partners with platforms on testing and beta opportunities. The position is part of a global team of seven Media Planners and reports to the US-based Director of Media Planning. The initial focus is paid social, with scope expected to expand over time.
