About The Position

McGarrah Jessee is hiring a Media Planner for its Signal media buying unit. The role develops integrated plans across OOH, digital video, digital audio, social and creators, using audience data and business goals to guide investment and evaluate results. The planner partners with Reach buyers and Response specialists so media channels and activation work together as one system. The Media Planner takes day-to-day direction from the Media Supervisor for their client set and reports to an Associate Media Director. Signal buys social, creator and direct publisher deals. Response activates the biddable portions of video, audio and OOH, while its Ad Operations team handles trafficking. The planner provides buy details, specifications and approvals; coordinates tracking requirements; and quality-checks plans and buy documents. The position also manages campaign budgets, documentation, billing, vendor proposals and creator-program support across multiple clients and campaigns. It measures performance against business outcomes such as store traffic, leads and sales, recommends data-informed optimizations, and shares knowledge about vendors and emerging platforms. This is a remote position.
