About The Position

Your mission is to help our clients envision, experience, and accelerate the future state of their customer experience. Every engagement starts with the clients’ business challenges and strategic priorities before designing experiences that demonstrate how Asurion creates measurable value. This role blends product marketing, solution engineering, executive storytelling, and experience design to help clients see how Asurion can solve their most important business challenges. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of compelling customer experiences that bring Asurion’s capabilities to life for existing and prospective clients. You will translate client goals and customer needs into tailored narratives, interactive demonstrations, rapid prototypes, and executive presentations that clearly communicate business value. You will help shape how Asurion’s platform, AI capabilities, and service offerings are positioned to enterprise decision-makers while creating scalable assets and repeatable sales plays that help new clients get started faster and existing clients expand their partnership with Asurion.

Requirements

Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
Strong consultative mindset with the ability to uncover client needs and translate them into differentiated solution strategies.
Experience designing customer-centric demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, rapid prototypes, and executive presentations.
Strong product marketing, solution consulting, or solutions engineering experience in a technology environment.
Ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts in business-oriented language.
Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Client Services.
Experience creating scalable sales enablement assets, messaging frameworks, and demonstration playbooks.
Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling methodologies.
Experience within a SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or cloud technology organization.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to connect customer value, business strategy, technology, and market opportunity into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

Develop interactive demonstrations, rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, presentations, videos, and experiential assets that showcase Asurion’s differentiated capabilities.
Design reusable demonstration environments, playbooks, talk tracks, messaging frameworks, and technical sales assets that scale across the organization.
Translate complex business problems into practical, scalable solution concepts aligned to client and customer goals.
Lead executive briefings, strategic customer meetings, client events, and conferences as a subject matter expert.
Design connected customer journeys and experience narratives that demonstrate how Asurion creates value across the customer lifecycle.
Help clients envision not only what Asurion does, but what success looks like after implementation.
Develop and deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations tailored to each client’s industry, workflows, and strategic priorities.
Partner with Sales, Client Solutions, and Business Development to understand each client’s strategic objectives, business challenges, and success criteria.
Create persuasive narratives that connect Asurion’s capabilities and operational expertise to measurable business outcomes.
Communicate complex technical capabilities in language that resonates with executive, business, and technical audiences.
Define the client-value strategy by evangelizing high-confidence outcomes that clients can expect from Asurion’s solutions.
Continuously expand expertise in enterprise technologies, AI, cloud platforms, and industry trends while evaluating new approaches to customer engagement.
Serve as an internal product expert and trusted advisor on Asurion’s platform, AI capabilities, and lifecycle solutions.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Client Solutions to shape product positioning and bring new capabilities to market.
