About The Position

Motorola Solutions is hiring a senior product management leader to own its mature, growing radio consoles product line and lead a product and business model transformation. This GM-style role is responsible for setting strategy, owning commercial results, and coordinating work across engineering, design, sales, and support, often without direct authority. The role focuses on public safety and enterprise businesses and is a high-visibility position within a strategic area of the company. The role will define long-term product vision and strategy, including rethinking packaging, pricing, and sales models and developing subscription offerings with tiered upsell and cross-sell paths. It will work with enterprise go-to-market teams and channels to grow revenue and make Motorola Solutions products more compelling than third-party alternatives. The position will hire, develop, and lead product leaders, establish AI-native ways of working, and use written decision memos, evaluation plans, and launch playbooks to align teams and scale output with AI agents and copilots. The leader will manage the portfolio from idea through launch, set measurable goals, and discontinue products or features that do not support strategic or commercial outcomes. The role will connect the company's established business with its software and AI portfolio, define APIs and platform boundaries for internal and third-party development, and decide where to build versus partner across customer workflows while maintaining reliability and security. The position is U.S.-based, requires indefinite U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and includes customer engagement, user research, and cross-functional travel. The posting gives a target base salary range of $180,000–$195,000 USD.
