About The Position

The Sr. In House Marketing Coordinator engages in person with guests checking into the resort, schedules guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop, and may offer gifts for guest participation. The coordinator partners with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets for guests expected during their shift and distributes parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures. The role is expected to meet weekly production standards and work in a high-energy, team-oriented shared environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays, during daytime and nighttime hours.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• College degree is preferred.
