About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is a vacation ownership and travel membership company with resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. The In-House Marketing Coordinator provides direct, face-to-face marketing to guests checking into the company’s resorts and offers concierge-like service. The role encourages and schedules guests to meet with member services to discuss an owner update and workshop; the coordinator may offer guests gifts for participating. The coordinator also works with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests expected during their shift.

Requirements

• Maintain production standards.
• Be proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• Offer gifts to guests for participating in an update, as applicable.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests expected to check in during the shift.
