About The Position

The In-House Marketing Coordinator provides direct, face-to-face marketing and concierge-like service to guests checking into Travel + Leisure Co. resorts. The coordinator encourages guests to attend an owner update and workshop by scheduling them to meet with member services; gifts may be offered for participating. The role works with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets for guests expected during the coordinator’s shift.

Requirements

• Maintain production standards.
• Be proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• May offer guests gifts for participating in the update.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests expected to check in during the shift.
