About The Position

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Corporate Recruiter for its Anderson, South Carolina office on a full-time temporary/contract basis. The recruiter will assist with hiring for a range of full-time, part-time, and temporary positions within the organization. The role partners with department heads, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews and onboarding, handles recruiting-related administrative work, creates recruitment materials, and represents TTI at career fairs. Requirements

Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
At least 5 years of general recruiting experience.
Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
Passion for a career in Human Resources.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting salaried engineers, specifically electrical engineers (EE) and mechanical engineers (ME).

Responsibilities

Partner with department heads to determine staffing needs.
Use recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates.
Prescreen qualified applicants.
Organize and schedule interviews.
Guide applicants through the hiring process.
Coordinate new-hire onboarding.
Perform administrative duties, including check requests, travel booking, creating job descriptions, position grading, and expense reimbursement.
Create recruitment materials.
Represent TTI at local and regional career fairs.
Develop creative solutions to staffing issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
