About The Position

XiFin is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to quickly take ownership of open positions and deliver high-quality talent. The recruiter will work directly with hiring managers and leaders across the organization, from front-line management through executive level, and independently manage searches from initial intake through sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer, and close. The role prioritizes quality of candidates over the volume of resumes and requires a recruiter who can quickly understand business needs, identify talent, provide market insight, and keep searches moving with minimal ramp-up.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a career primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success stepping into new organizations or recruiting environments and independently managing searches with minimal ramp-up.
  • Proven track record identifying, recruiting, and closing high-quality talent across professional, leadership, and executive-level positions.
  • Deep experience with proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, targeted research, and other strategies.
  • Experience independently managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offers, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior and executive leaders and establishing credibility at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to translate hiring manager needs into a clear candidate profile and effective search strategy.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting and sourcing technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, including the ability to understand candidate motivations, anticipate concerns, and navigate offers.
  • Strong communication, organization, responsiveness, persistence, resourcefulness, and candidate-care skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned requisitions and develop a clear understanding of business needs, role requirements, success profiles, and the candidate market.
  • Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to clarify requirements and understand what makes a candidate successful.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including strategies to identify passive candidates.
  • Source, engage, interview, and assess candidates, evaluating capabilities, motivation, communication skills, and alignment with the opportunity.
  • Present high-quality, well-vetted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Provide hiring managers and leaders with candid market insight, recruiting expertise, and recommendations throughout searches.
  • Proactively identify search challenges, adjust strategies, and maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the full candidate journey, including sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview management, feedback, offers, negotiation, and closing.
  • Deliver a responsive, transparent, and timely candidate experience and represent the company and its opportunities authentically.
  • Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, feedback, offer development and negotiation, and pre-close activities within the ATS.
  • Keep hiring managers informed about pipeline quality, market challenges, search progress, and recommended adjustments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to assigned requisitions.
