About The Position

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter on a full-time temporary/contract basis. The recruiter will assist with recruiting for various full-time, part-time, and temporary positions within the organization. Requirements

Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
At least five years of general recruiting experience.
Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for a career in Human Resources.

Experience recruiting salaried engineers, specifically electrical engineers and mechanical engineers.

Responsibilities

Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs.
Use recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates.
Prescreen qualified applicants.
Organize and schedule interviews.
Guide applicants through the hiring process.
Coordinate new-hire onboarding.
Perform administrative duties, including check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, and expense reimbursement.
Create recruitment materials.
Represent TTI at local and regional career fairs.
Develop creative solutions to staffing issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
