About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) brand to life by providing store guests with a positive shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody the company’s values.

The role involves engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, educating them about products, introducing the loyalty program and other brand channels, and flexing among the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. You also resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy, support your team, and follow AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and recommend products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates in completing store tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
