About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by providing guests with an excellent shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and help guests find products that fit their needs. The role involves working across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, while supporting the team and resolving guest concerns in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
