About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by providing store guests with an enjoyable shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and help guests find products that suit their needs. The role involves working across the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Prior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
