About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by creating an enjoyable shopping experience for every guest. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, and reflect its values while helping guests find products that meet their needs.

You engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, share product knowledge and suggestions, introduce the loyalty program and other brand channels, and move between store zones as needed. You also help resolve guest concerns in line with company policy and support your team in completing store tasks.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” approach to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to completing store tasks.
• Represent company values and follow AEO policies and procedures.
