AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the American Eagle Outfitters brand to life by providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, share enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, build brand loyalty, and embody company values. You engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, help them find products that meet their needs, and introduce them to the loyalty program and other brand channels. You flex among the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed; resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy; and support your team while following AEO policies and procedures. The role is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and is available during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience and being at least 18 years old are listed as helpful qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities
- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they are looking for with a “friends first” approach.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products to meet their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Work across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist the team in completing work.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
