About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by creating an excellent shopping experience for every guest. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share enthusiasm for its products, and embody its values.

You engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, help them find products that meet their needs, explain product details, recommend items, and introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels. You flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed; proactively address guest concerns in line with company policy; support teammates; and follow AEO policies and procedures.

The position calls for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and is available when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and being at least 18 years old are noted as qualifications for the role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
