About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by providing every store guest with a positive shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for its products, and bring your authentic self to work while demonstrating company values.

You engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, help them find products that suit their needs, explain product details, suggest relevant items, and introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. You may work across the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, and help resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy. You support your team and follow AEO policies and procedures.

This is a part-time store role. Scheduling availability is expected during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hiring for Brand Ambassador and Stock positions is based on need, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first approach to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
