About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your passion for AE and Aerie products, and embody the company’s values. The role involves helping guests find products that suit their needs, introducing them to the loyalty program and brand channels, and flexing across store zones as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
