About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing every store guest with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and reflect the company’s values while bringing your authentic self to work.

Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement promotes body positivity and empowerment, and its Real Good promise includes products made with recycled polyester, recycled nylon fabric, or sustainably sourced cotton.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex among the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
