Aerie - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the Aerie brand to life by providing guests with an excellent shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values and are expected to bring your authentic self to work. The role involves helping guests find products, educating them about AE and Aerie merchandise, sharing loyalty-program and brand-channel information, and working across store zones as needed. Aerie is a lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. Its #AerieREAL movement promotes body positivity and empowerment. As part of its Real Good promise, the company creates swimsuits, bras, and underwear using materials made from recycled polyester, recycled nylon fabric, or sustainably sourced cotton.
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Use the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Assist the team in completing its work.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures.
